Enclosed you will find the entry form for the 2008 IFMAR 1/10th IC Track World Championship in Lisbon, Portugal. This event will take place from August 7-17th.
150 Drivers will enter this race. Due to the fact that the organizing bloc has asked for approx 100 places we will follow the deadlines concerning the entrees. This is also due to reservations for Hotels etc.
The deadline for the entry form is April 7th for the 4 month period. This means that IFMAR must receive before this deadline all your entrees back, including payments. After April the 7th IFMAR will start to distribute the remaining (not taken) and discretionary places on an equitable basis between the Blocs that are willing to have allocations over the initial figures. These extra entrees must be completed and paid three (3) months prior to the event.
Due to the fact that this World Championship will be completely full with probably still drivers on a waiting list we need to be very strict on the deadlines.
Controlled fuel will apply for this event so the entry fee will be raised with the extra USD 25,-
The same as regards entry deadlines will apply for the 1/8th Off-Road World Championship in September at The Farm, Charlotte, USA. For this race 180 drivers will enter and it is also here expected that we will be entirely full with drivers still on a waiting list. The entry form for this event will be send out end of February.
